AfterMeal for iOS
Effective date: June 27, 2026
This policy covers the AfterMeal iOS app ("the app", "we", "us"). It explains what data the app does and does not handle.
None. AfterMeal does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal information. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login. The app has no backend and does not require an internet connection to work.
So the app can function, a small amount of information is saved locally on your iPhone only:
This information never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the app.
If you allow notifications, AfterMeal schedules local reminders on your device. These are generated entirely on-device and are never sent through, or seen by, any server. You can decline notifications and still use the app in manual mode, or change the permission any time in iOS Settings.
AfterMeal does not track you across apps or websites, contains no advertising, and uses no analytics or third-party SDKs. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
AfterMeal does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app is safe for all ages.
AfterMeal is a habit-building app, not medical advice or a medical device. Move comfortably and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
